About BGH Wellness

Brain Gut Heart, or BGH, Wellness is centered on the three main systems in your body, and on food as the language that moves between them. When we tend to one and forget the others, care is incomplete. But by focusing on nourishing all three, we gain a more holistic version of health. BGH Wellness looks to help support people’s brain-gut-circulatory connection through real food, through the cultural heritage carried in generations of kitchens, and through care that makes room for the whole person—history, language, and all.

We are built for immigrant, multilingual, and BIPOC communities that Western wellness has long overlooked, and are mindful of what nourishment looks like for all kinds of different communities. We focus on providing nourishment rooted in evidence and in belonging, beginning with the oldest question of love we know: have you eaten? Because everyone deserves to be asked.
